Debate Team wins! Chris Barrera and Stephanie Alvarez place as top speakers…

Our debate team represented the East Region in an extraordinary way at the Debate Tournament. Chris Barrera and Stephanie Alvarez placed as top speakers they found a way to win the preliminary stage. All of our JV and Varsity Teams experienced some levels of success and accomplishments by wining one or more rounds of debate, while our Varisty Teams made the octofinals and our JV team made the quarter finals. Chris Barrera earned the first place out of well over 200 debaters at the Westside High School Tournament. We wanted to thank all of our debate team members for representing theEastwood Academy High School in the most extraordinary way.
